Netflix’s The Crown has paused manufacturing out of respect for Queen Elizabeth II’s dying.
In a report from Deadline, a supply at Netflix confirms that The Crown has been suspended quickly. The supply mentioned, “As a mark of respect, filming on The Crown was suspended today. Filming will also be suspended on the day of Her Majesty The Queen’s funeral.”
Earlier, collection creator Peter Morgan wrote an e-mail message relating to his respect for the monarch and the present’s intent in portraying her. Said Morgan, “The Crown is a love letter to her and I’ve nothing to add for now, just silence and respect. I expect we will stop filming out of respect too.”
