We see actors going through a lot of mental stress these days so I take care of my mental well-being by doing yoga every day 20 mins in the morning and 10 mins meditation. It keeps me energetic mentally. I workout in the gym 4-5 days a week, which includes cardio sessions as well.”

Talking about his food plan plan, the actor stated, “A perfect body is made in the kitchen, you are what you eat. You have got to control your binge habits. Watch what your last meal of the day is. It makes the biggest difference. So, if I cut out the carbs when the sun sets, if you don’t have sugar and starchy carbs, stick to just protein and veggies you will be fine. The most important part of fitness is to keep yourself hydrated.”
