This morning, the Hawkeye Twitter account launched yet another poster that includes a long-awaited character; Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova in all her glory — the fan-favorite newcomer as seen in Marvel Studios’ Black Widow.
Belova, the adoptive sister of full-time Avenger Natasha Romanoff, appeared in Hawkeye Episode 4, “Partners, Am I Right?,” as a one-woman military on a mission to assassinate Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton. Her involvement within the Disney Plus unique sequence was teased within the post-credits scene of Black Widow, whereby she visits Romanoff’s grave and meets Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) — the girl who recruits her to seek out Barton.
Even earlier than as we speak’s present, Hawkeye and Black Widow followers had been crying out for the Yelena Belova character poster, particularly as nearly two weeks have already handed since Florence Pugh’s lethal murderer had already made her debut. Better late than by no means, because the saying goes.
