According to ESPN’s football power index, the Cowboys are the NFL’s sixth-best group. The solely NFC groups ranked greater are the Green Bay Packers, Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

However, accidents on the Cowboys’ offense increase considerations. Left sort out Tyron Smith will miss many of the season with a torn left hamstring. Wide receiver Michael Gallup is rehabbing a torn left ACL and won’t be ready for Week 1.

The protection, ranked seventh final season, contains Pro Bowl outdoors linebacker Micah Parsons and cornerback Trevon Diggs. Perhaps it might probably take stress off McCarthy and the offense.
