IPL 2021 is all set to restart with the opening match between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians on Sunday in Dubai.

With 10 factors from seven matches, CSK are positioned second on the factors desk as of now whereas their rivals MI are within the fourth place with eight factors.

Both the groups have some top-class gamers, who will put their weight within the sport to carry a distinction to their respective groups. CSK had been large within the first part of IPL as they got here stronger after a dismal efficiency in IPL 2020.

Given that the second part of IPL 2021 will probably be held within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sehwag thinks that CSK batsmen will lack on the sluggish tracks.

Sehwag thinks Mumbai Indians, who gained the earlier battle between the 2 sides in Delhi, would be the winner within the upcoming conflict.

“Chennai’s average score in India was 201 during the first phase but I think when it comes to UAE tracks, they would be lacking a bit in batting firepower. If I have to pick one team, that will be Mumbai,” Sehwag instructed information company PTI.

“Since the second half has been shifted to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I think Delhi and Mumbai will again be favourites and the five-time champions are slightly ahead,” he added.

BCCI has already named a preliminary 15-member squad with an addition of three reserved gamers for the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 in UAE.

With most groups left with seven extra matches to play within the second leg, Sehwag thinks these gamers who missed the minimize in India’s squad can push their possibilities by their efficiency.

“100%. We have around seven matches minimum left for the teams. That means you still have a platform to perform and those who are on the fringes could still impress the Indian selectors who would be watching the tournament closely,” Sehwag stated.

“Since ICC allows a window to change teams, I will not be surprised if there are some changes in the original squad,” he added. 

Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians match will begin at 7:30 PM stay from Dubai International Stadium.
