Published in 2006, the e book reportedly took Kai and Martin 25 years to analysis and write. Both authors are credited as writers of the movie, with Christopher himself penning the screenplay, Variety reported. Universal Pictures received a bidding warfare for the challenge, Christopher’s first film in years not made along with his long-time studio house, Warner Bros.
