Funimation introduced on Wednesday that it’s going to release the Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train anime movie on Blu-ray Disc within the U.S. and Canada on December 21. Aniplex of America will release the movie on a restricted version Blu-ray Disc on the identical day. The releases will embrace the movie in Japanese with English subtitles and with the English dub.

The restricted version will include an original soundtrack CD, a booklet with workers and solid interviews, and a Digipack with new artwork by ufotable.

The movie opened in October 2020. The Entertainment District Arc season continues the story from the Mugen Train movie as Tanjirō and the others tackle their subsequent mission.

Four new Valentine’s Day-themed shorts titled “Kimetsu Gakuen Valentine-hen” (Demon Slayer Academy Valentine Chapter) premiered on-line in February.

Gotouge launched the manga in Shueisha‘s Weekly Shonen Jump journal in February 2016. The manga ended in May 2020. Shueisha revealed the manga’s twenty third and last compiled guide quantity in December 2020. Viz Media revealed the manga in English.
