Los Angeles Chargers security Derwin James didn’t take part at Wednesday’s coaching camp apply attributable to his contract scenario, coach Brandon Staley stated. 

“We’re working through his contract situation, so just making sure that gets situated here. He’s out here doing all the walkthroughs. He’s going to be working out. But he won’t be going full speed until that gets situated,” Staley stated.

The Steelers’ Minkah Fitzpatrick reset the market by signing a four-year, $73 million deal in June. Fitzpatrick’s deal is value $18.274 million per 12 months.

For a five-year deal, James would wish $91.5 million in complete worth.
