  1. Combine water and sugar in a pot and convey to a boil to make a easy syrup. Boil for five minutes. Cool and place in a lined container with 2 sprigs of contemporary mint and refrigerate in a single day.
  2. To make your mint julep, begin by filling 8 mint julep glasses with crushed ice. Add 1 Tbsp of the mint flavored easy syrup then 2 oz of Kentucky Bourbon. Stir quickly with a spoon to frost the skin of the glass. Garnish with a sprig of contemporary mint.
